Welcome to our 50th Anniversary Season of Concerts, and the eighth season in our current venue at John Keble Church, Edgware.
We continue to strive to bring to classical music lovers in the area the very best artists with international reputations for your enjoyment.
We also aim to provide opportunities for young artists who are maybe on the threshold of an international career.
'Golden Jubilee' Season
We are aiming at a theme for this season offering programmes which will celebrate the 200th anniversaries of four great composers – Haydn (died in 1809), Mendelssohn (born in 1809), Chopin and Schumann (both born in 1810).
This season we have an exciting mix of instrumentalists and ensembles, including Nicola Eimer, Tamsin Waley-Cohen and Robert Max, The Heath String Quartet, Jamie Walton and Daniel Grimwood, Valentin Schiedermair, The Dominant String Quartet and The Kungsbacka Piano Trio.
The junior concerts feature The Square on the Hippopotamus, The Aoyamo Duo, The Hot Canary and the Dominant Quartet.
